This page describes the fulfilment rules that will govern physical orders when sales reopen. Full shipping details — destinations, costs, carriers and timing — will be published here before any product becomes purchasable, and no order will be accepted before they are.

How physical work is made

Photographic prints are made to order. A print is produced after the order is placed. Nothing is held in stock and no print is pre-printed in anticipation of a sale.

Books are made to order or produced against preorder. Print runs are committed once the order or preorder is known.

Boxed archival objects and signed editions are assembled and packed by hand, individually rather than in batches.

Because physical work is produced or assembled after an order rather than picked from a shelf, fulfilment begins when the item is made, not when the order is received. Timeframes will be stated at the point of purchase.

What is not yet published

Shipping destinations, shipping costs, carriers, processing times and delivery estimates are not set out on this page and are not being promised. They will be published in full before physical sales reopen.

What this page does not cover

This page covers fulfilment only. Returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, damaged or lost items, and membership billing are not addressed here and are covered by separate policies published before sales reopen.
